DARUMA, inspired by real izakaya in Japan. Drinking culture is an important activity in Japan for creating a sense of togetherness and honesty with friends and coworkers. With that inspiration, we created a casual hangout spot for after-work socializing, drinking, and a menu for sharing.
Our menu includes robata dishes from our binchō-tan grill as well as small bites commonly found in Japanese izakaya. Our speciality is that we are the first in Ireland to serve A4 Miyazaki wagyu imported from Japan’s Miyazaki prefecture, additionally premium blue fin tuna and hamachi. All our fish are sustainably sourced from highly reputable local suppliers.
